Requesting feedback before I even got my order, and I still haven't seen my item. Not feeling too impressed so far.

I received the wrong instrument, which was a bit of a letdown. Funny enough, there was a pamphlet in the box claiming that everything had been personally double-checked by a team member.

That said, I have to give credit where it's due; when I reached out to customer support, they were super apologetic and acted fast to fix the problem, so they definitely earned some points back.

Mistakes are part of life, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but I won’t lie—it was pretty frustrating waiting for my order only to have to send it back right away.

All things considered, I doubt this will stop me from shopping here again. Just hoping they take extra care with my order next time! 😝
